Previously (paraphrased) "Ernie declared the Ultimates as the finest knife that he has ever made! Hearkening back to his Pre-tac days, from single Titanium slab he formed what are the Scales & Bolsters, Checkering the scales while scalloping and satin finishing the bolsters. Then for the first time in about 20 years Ernie anodized the piece, & put a buff-line on both sides of the blade." He also incorporated a Recessed Linerlock.
